A perforated basket allows many other foods to be fried or boiled. A draining clip on the basket provides an easy and clean way to drain and cool foods after cooking. This turkey fryer has been CSA certified to insure that it has passed all safety requirements. Includes a UL certified burner-hose-regulator system with a safe BTU setting.
